CAAS 2003

My second time in Nashville for CAAS, the greatest guitar festival in the world, dedicated to the Master, Chet Atkins: this time I was not only on the program but I had the opportunity to open CAAS on main stage, everyone was introduced by the great Bill Spann. The wonderful atmosphere that I found two years ago stayed the same, we met some new friends hoping to meet them soon again; a very special thanks to all of them who supported us during our performances, this time Gina came with me and we shared the stage in front of this wonderful audience. Not only the official schedule but jam sessions going on everywhere at everytime, the musicians were among the greatest: from Tommy Emmanuel to John Knowles, Guy Van Duser and Jim Nichols, from Richard Smith to Pat Kirtley, Todd Hallawell and John Standefer too many to list them all! Tony McManus, Stephen Bennet, Clive Carroll, Buster B.Jones, Thom Bresh, Muriel Anderson, Mark Casstevens, John Jorgensen, Don Jones, Preston Reed, Eddie Pennington...

Some of the greatest moments, jam sessions!

My special thanks to my friend Mark Pritcher, president of CAAS, that gave me the chance to be part of this, and to Mike and Beth Voltz, my family in Nashville...
